Summary The Personal Stylist Assistant supports a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. The role helps create exceptional customer experiences through in-store appointments and digital selling. Responsibilities Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service. Follow up after appointments, including tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes. Help schedule appointments and organize gifting projects and experiences for top clients. Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media activities. Return unsold merchandise to stock and keep fitting rooms clean. Requirements At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools. Fashion retail experience.
