Summary The Personal Stylist Assistant supports the Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. This on-site role helps deliver a memorable customer experience in person and through online platforms. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and implementing selling appointments, processing transactions, and handling merchandise for Fashionphile Service. Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes. Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients. Maintain accurate clientele information and support digital selling and social media presence. Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms are clean.
