• Job Description: Northgate Mortgage LLC is seeking a motivated and highly organized Loan Officer Assistant to support borrowers and Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process. This position will assist with borrower communication, document collection, file preparation, pipeline management, and ongoing follow-up activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mortgage environment. • Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and text message
• Request and collect required loan documentation
• Maintain accurate borrower records and loan files
• Monitor loan milestones and outstanding requirements
• Follow up on missing documentation and conditions
• Update borrower and loan information within company systems
• Support Loan Officers with active loan pipelines
• Coordinate activities between borrowers and internal teams
• Contact prospective borrowers and gather preliminary information
• Maintain organized notes and follow-up schedules
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service throughout the mortgage process

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
