Tisun Beauty Supply Accessories Department Sales Associate

Tisun Beauty Supply is an established and growing beauty retailer with 30 years of experience and four store locations. We are dedicated to helping our customers express their personal style and feel confident by providing a wide selection of quality beauty products, including haircare, wigs, extensions, braiding hair, cosmetics, skincare, beauty accessories, and more.

The opportunity

Join our accessories department and help customers complete their personal style. This role combines friendly sales service with careful merchandising and attention to product details. You will help shoppers coordinate accessories and find options for everyday wear or special occasions. Your attention to presentation and accurate product information will support an inviting department and repeat customer visits.

What you will do

• Recommend jewelry and fashion accessories based on customer style and budget.
• Learn product materials, care instructions, current trends, and available collections.
• Arrange attractive displays and maintain accurate prices and product placement.
• Restock merchandise, assist with counts, and report missing or damaged items.
• Process transactions when assigned and resolve routine questions within company policy.
• Offer styling suggestions and coordinated accessories without exceeding the customer's stated budget.
• Check display hooks, packaging, and item condition; separate damaged merchandise for supervisor review.
• Follow approved security practices for small merchandise and report concerns to management.
• Communicate popular styles, customer requests, and replenishment needs to the department lead.

What you bring

• Interest in fashion, accessories, and visual presentation.
• Strong customer service, organization, and basic transaction skills.
• Retail or fashion experience preferred.
• Ability to notice small differences in product styles, prices, materials, and condition.
• Ability to maintain attractive displays while assisting multiple customers.

Schedule:

Retail availability is required. Candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule that may include:

• Opening or closing shifts
